Domestic VS Community

A Water Well is an expertly engineered and constructed method of delivering groundwater for drinking, irrigation, and other purposes. This well could be used for a single (private) household or multiple homes.

Domestic Well is that the well only has one owner and all maintenance is the sole responsibility of the owner.

A Community Well is located on one of the lots and is shared by a specified number of properties. This requires an agreement between the property owners on how the costs of maintenance will be shared, and who has the obligation and right to maintain the well and water distribution system.
