Call our office and get a Complementary Well Diagnostic Review with every new well Estimate. I will analyze your property, sewer placement and personal or business needs of the new well. After I am completed with the diagnostic, I will go over with you the most optimal well location along with water safety and any unforeseen well contaminations.

Locate your plot plan. know features of your property. If you don’t have a plot plan you can obtain one from your town or county municipal building or tax office.

I will confirm the optimal placement of your new well with consideration to the mandatory setbacks set forth by the state and also your future needs. Together, we will determine the best placement of your well to provide you with the most options for your future plans with the property. At this point in the process, I have extended conversations with my customers to make sure that we indeed have considered every possible variable and scenario and I understand fully your future water needs. In addition, I explain the drilling process to you, my method of drilling, and what you can expect from me as a professional.

After we figure out the best placement for your well, I will then apply for a state intent to drill your well. If your property is located on the Tribal Reservation that is no problem, Apple Valley Well Drilling has a special license to work in those areas.

Once the necessary permits are obtained, I move the equipment onto your site and drilling begins. Drilling for water may take 1 to 5 days or longer depending on your location, water availability and level of difficulty of the project.

Once you (or Mother Nature) determines that you have enough water, it is time to have the pump installed. During this time our customer support specialist will be monitoring the final stages of well completion and providing ongoing customer support.
